Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:

- Warmly greet customers and escort them to their tables.

- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverages.

- Offer personalized recommendations based on preferences and dietary requirements.

- Take accurate orders, noting special requests.

2. Food and Beverage Service:

- Timely and courteous delivery of food and beverages.

- Assist with table setup and arrangement.

- Regularly monitor tables to fulfill guests' needs.

3. Order Processing and Payment:

- Accurately input orders into the POS system.

- Handle cash and credit transactions securely.

- Issue bills and ensure a smooth payment process.

4. Cleanliness and Maintenance:

- Maintain a clean, organized dining area.

- Assist in table clearing and post-customer cleanup.

- Report maintenance or cleanliness issues.

5. Teamwork and Communication:

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders.

- Effective communication to address customer concerns.

6. Upselling, Promotion, and Events:

- Proactively suggest additional options to enhance the dining experience.

- Promote daily specials, events, and promotions.

7. Marketing Material Collection:

Gather raw materials (photos, videos) for marketing purposes 

Experienced Required

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.

- Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
