Requirements
- Degree in any subject. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin preferably.
- Hungry to achieve targets
- Excellent work ethics
- Candidates with related working experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Be able to travel and work on-site in the office (Bandar Sunway).
Tanggungjawab
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- To provide effective counseling services to students (95% communications with students virtually), who are looking for admissions in colleges and universities locally.
- To liaise with counterparts from colleges and universities for student counselling and admission.
- To support and execute all activities with regards for enrolment such as admission registration, Scholar Search, school visits and other related events.
- To maintain good product knowledge of the tertiary education industry, institution offerings, as well as career & study pathways.
- To achieve the targets set by the Company in terms of student engagement and enrolment (commission based on target achieved).
- Perform any other duties as directed by the management.
Manfaat
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: RM2,700 - RM3,500 per month
- Commission: Upon achievement of target
- Transportation allowance: RM100 (claimable)
- Annual Leave 15 days
- Medical Outpatient: RM500 (claimable upon confirmation)
- RM50K Hospitalisation coverage (upon confirmation)
- Bonus upon management discretion
