Tanggungjawab
- Provide medical consultation to prospective patients (by phone and face-to-face) - gather their symptoms, medical test reports, and then give them a prognosis about their disease condition and our treatment program and how IT can help them recover from their diseases. (Training shall be provided).
- Influence prospective patients to book the first consultation appointment.
- Follow up with prospective patients not yet booked their first consultation appointment, and influence them book their first consultation appointment.
- Follow up with current patients about their progress, treatment reminders, appointment reminders, etc.
- Prepare treatment summary report of all patients after they finish treatment.
- Follow up with past patients, and influence to return to the centre for yealy checkups, new product launches, health education seminars, etc.
- Support fellow team-members in miscellaneous administrative tasks as and when needed.
