Kelayakan
- Reply on E-commerce platform, FB, & WhatApps to solve customer queries
- Fill in key Metrix and any report required by the superior
- Update monthly sales report
- Forecast stock level place order to ensure sufficient stock level in warehouse
- Create new SKU and sync in E-commerce platform
- Deal with the platform PIC
- Update and tally monthly all RTS record
- Prepare executive summary and reports to the management team
- 在电子商务平台、Facebook和WhatsApp上回复客户查询
- 填写关键指标和上级要求的任何报告
- 更新月度销售报告，预测库存水平并下订单以确保仓库库存充足
- 创建新的SKU并在电子商务平台同步
- 更新和核对每月的所有退货记录。准备执行摘要和向管理团队提交报告。
