Kelayakan
We are seeking a highly competent and assertive Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage daily operations.
- Able to communicate in English , Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and multitasking abilities.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and meetings.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed to support decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments within the organization.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for the upcoming launch of cosmetic products in May.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth operations.
- Support the CEO in developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support as needed to various departments within the company.
