Kelayakan
- Minimum a diploma education, with at least 1 year of financial customer service experience is preferred;
- Familiar with Excel, able to analyze effectively, compile and synthesize data.
- Patient, careful, honest, has fast learning ability, problem solving ability and teamwork spirit.
Tanggungjawab
- Check the monthly data and bills settlement.
- Provide collection address on daily basis and assist in the collection related matters such as the cost of site building, prepaid fees and monthly business income.
- Audit of incoming and outgoing payments on daily basis.
- Ensure the payment is in place, organize and file the collection documents.
- Prepare weekly or monthly flow statistics, record and reconcile the payment.
- Check the monthly documents and data of merchants to confirm that there is no error before remittance.
- Analyzing, compiling and consolidating data.
