Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a track record of successfully managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong technical expertise across multiple domains, such as software development, hardware design, networking, or systems integration.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Tanggungjawab
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, including engineers, technicians, and support staff. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to help team members achieve their goals and excel in their roles.
- Project Management: Oversee the technical aspects of projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Anticipate and mitigate risks to project success.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on technical matters related to our products, services, and industry standards. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on technical requirements and priorities. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their technical needs, requirements, and challenges. Provide technical expertise and support to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Resource Management: Manage technical resources, including equipment, tools, and software, to support project execution and ongoing operations. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for technical projects and initiatives. Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to technical operations, product development, and service delivery.
