Kelayakan
- Minimum qualification of Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies,
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Candidate with minimum 1-3 years working experience in a similar role support senior management will be prioritize.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Environmental Studies or a any related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel for creating reports, presentations and documentation.
Tanggungjawab
- Work closely with Directors, all levels of stakeholders and internal departments to achieve greater operational efficiencies, facilitate effective communication, support decision-making and build relationships with partners.
- Monitor department performance, provide strategic insights and effectively organize key meetings, producing useful reports and materials.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives including manage schedules, appointments and handle correspondence.
- Draft and vet various contracts agreements, letters and other legal documentation (if applicable)
- Oversee office operations, manage corporate secretarial duties and handle official documentation effectively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for business trips and assist
- Perform other ad-hoc jobs and responsibilities assigned by Director
