Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Able to communicate and under English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Tanggungjawab
- Communication: They answer phones, reply to emails, and direct inquiries.
- Scheduling: They manage calendars, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel.
- Data Management: They handle paperwork, update databases, and input information.
- Correspondence: They draft and edit documents like emails, memos, and reports.
- Office Management: They order supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure cleanliness.
- Event Planning: They assist in organizing conferences, meetings, and parties.
- Project Assistance: They support team members by researching, compiling data, and preparing materials.
- Confidentiality: They handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Administrative Support: They help with various tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Communication Skills: They have strong verbal and written communication.
- Organization and Time Management: They prioritize tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Responsibility can add on to handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors and Responsible for company administration work.
