Kelayakan
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills
- Be well structured in their approach to work
- Be diligent in following up - experience with Salesforce or other RM software a distinct advantage
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint would be a distinct advantage.
- A marketing or communications degree from Swinburne or Curtin University would be a distinct advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Respond promptly to community enquiries through LinkedIn, Facebook, X, LiveChat, etc
- Keep database of existing clients updated, following up directly where required
- Coordinate with graphics design team on social media posts for our platforms in the Intellectual Property, accounting and marketing space
