Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia is preferred
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A creative and innovative mindset
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
- Experience with SEO is a plus
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing software (a plus)
- Experience with influencer marketing (a plus)
- Preferable immediate start work candidate

Tanggungjawab
- Content Creation: Brainstorming and developing creative content ideas that resonate with the target audience. This could involve writing, scripting, filming, editing, or designing content depending on the format.
- Research & Planning: Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform content strategy. Conducting thorough research to ensure content accuracy and credibility. SEO Optimization: Understanding and implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to increase content visibility.
- Content Management: Uploading, scheduling, and promoting content across various platforms.
- Social Media Management: Engaging with the audience on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages, and promoting content effectively.
- KOL Sourcing & Influencer Marketing: Identifying and building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) relevant to the brand or campaign. Coordinating collaborations with KOLs to leverage their influence and reach a wider audience.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Working collaboratively with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Tracking content performance using analytics tools and reporting on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and website traffic.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary
