Kelayakan

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in speaking Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewellery production processes is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

Tanggungjawab

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to understand their jewellery preferences and needs.
  • Showcase jewellery products effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, offering personalized recommendations and assistance as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on current jewellery trends, styles, and industry developments.
  • Educate customers on the quality and value of different jewellery pieces, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Maintain visual standards by arranging jewellery displays attractively and ensuring products are presented in an organized and appealing manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling displays and promotional materials.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits as required.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and inventory records.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Keep track of customer preferences, occasions, and purchase history to personalize future interactions.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, including handling inquiries, repairs, and special requests.
