Kelayakan
- Able to converse & write in English / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- 1-2 years’ experience in payment and settlement operations will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to support after office hours if needed.
- Proficient in office software and excel functions is a must.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
Tanggungjawab
- Process payment and settlement transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Ensure payment and settlement are complied with company current SOP.
- Checking and reconciling settlement figures within area of responsibility, identifying any discrepancies and initiating fixes
- Preparing and sending Settlement reports to customer and internally on timely manner.
- Manage all receipts and payments daily, reconciliation, and audit of current accounts, etc
- Preparation of various financial statements (daily/monthly/quarterly payment and settlement statements, profit statements, etc.)
- Participate in new product or system upgrade projects, including assist in workflow design or testing as required
- Participate in work procedure improvement exercises as required
