- Determine the QA/QC department Organization structure planning

- Determine the job description for all QA QC department personnel

- Define and setting the QA QC department KPI monitoring which co-relevant with company Quality Policy

- Verification, monitor and follow-up of QA/QC department operation / activities

- Coordinate and take lead of Internal audit and external audit (supplier, customer, ISO)

- Coordinate and take lead of weekly QIP meeting.

- Identification of QA/QC department continual improvement

- Review and determine the relevant QA/QC standard operation procedure according to ISO / customer requirements

- In-charge all quality issue from customer feedback and action taken follow up.

- Be the annual lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015 internal audit
