Kelayakan
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level or Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Tanggungjawab
- To provide general administrative and operations support.
- General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records and supporting account related tasks.
- Duties include attending reception and photocopying.
- Managing audit confirmations, following up on outstanding confirmations, and organizing received documents.
- Conducting casting and call checks for annual reports and financial statements.
- Coordinating information flow among office employees to ensure smooth operations.
- Prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines and procedures.
- Responsible for fees collection and ensuring timely payments from clients.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and general administrative responsibilities as assigned.
