Kelayakan
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Meticulous, accountable, and neat writing
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English and specifically, Mandarin due to the need to communication with Mandarin Clients from Overseas.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for the entire process of following up and managing pre-order, mid-order, post-order, shipping, and invoicing for customer orders.
- Organize the review and verification of customer orders.
- Establish a weekly (monthly) shipment statistics report.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide improvement recommendations for orders delivered ahead of schedule.
- Arrange third-party inspections, submit applications, and follow up on the results to report.
