Kelayakan
- Possess Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, hospitality or related field (or equivalent professional experience) will be preferable.
- Proven working experience (at least 1 year ) in event planning and execution.
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events silumtaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to work outside of regular business hours and travel as needed.
- Possess own Transport.
- Required to work on weekend.
Tanggungjawab
- Plan and coordinate various aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and participant management.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Involve in all hands on work, preping such as painting, crafting, and diy projects to ensure through event preparation.
- Execute timely and efficient event set-up and dismantle activities within specified time frames.
- Style events according to the specified design and theme, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive atmosphere.
- Part of the balloonist role, create balloon order arrangement, check stock
- Maintain a basic foundation in managing computer systems and stock inventory related to event styling materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into balloon designs and event styling.
