Kelayakan

We're seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Corporate Secretarial Associate. In this role, you'll assist in delivering professional services related to corporate secretarial matters for our diverse client portfolio, including company incorporations and corporate structure management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial practices.
  • Familiarity with Companies Act and regulations of regulated bodies is advantageous.
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Holding or pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with Singapore's regulations under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") is highly beneficial.

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage a broad range of corporate secretarial tasks, such as company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, and preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions.
  • Assist in drafting and updating a database of corporate secretarial precedents.
  • Support in organizing AGM/EGM proceedings.
  • Provide guidance to clients on compliance matters pertaining to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor client deadlines and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Maintain accurate statutory records for clients and ensure timely delivery of documents and responses to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of corporate secretarial services.
