Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a product management, business analysis, project coordination or related role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation software, and product management tools
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear requirements for non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through innovative products
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed product requirements through client interviews, user research, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to uncover valuable product insights and improvement opportunities
- Create product specifications, wireframes, user stories, process flows, and other artifacts to effectively communicate product needs to engineering and design teams
- Track and report on key product metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to monitor product performance and identify areas for optimization
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, training materials, release notes, and knowledge base articles
- Support product managers with project coordination, planning, and execution tasks throughout the product development lifecycle
- Assist in developing product mockups, prototypes, and demo assets for product launches and presentations
- Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to our product space
