Kelayakan
- Min possess SPM.
- Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist in all operations tasks assigned from Operations Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensure that customers have a positive dining experience by being attentive to their needs.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues that arise.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
