Kelayakan
- Previous experience in car detailing or automotive services is typically required, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of car detailers, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient operation of the branch
- Familiarity with various car detailing techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve branch goals.
Tanggungjawab
- Support the branch manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of car detailers, assigning tasks and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Train new employees on car detailing techniques, company policies, and customer service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for existing staff.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by detailers to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare reports on branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics, for review by upper management.
