Position: HR cum Personal Assistant 

• Involves with creating job description, job advertisements, coordinating interview and assist hiring process and on-boarding
• Manage employee’s information and prepare HR letters such as employment contract, resignation/termination letters, confirmation letters and handling confidential documents and ensuring IT secures.
• Conduct an orientation to new employees i.e. about company, organizational chart, rules and regulation, company’s policies, leaves and claims
• Answering all phone calls and monitoring emails
• Liaise with externals and internals parties in the company and handling personal matters
• Follow-up and report regarding any urgent matters to the directors
• Organizing Directors appointments, work scheduling and calendars
• Organizing directors travel arrangements and itineraries
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
