Kelayakan
- Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English fluently
- Good computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure and learn in a fast-pacing environment
- Fresh grad or SPM with 1 year customer service experience
- Prior experience preferred with firms like HR, CEVA logistics, Maersk, Costco shipping, Sinotrans, Linde Beijing etc
- Knowledge in freight forwarding knowledge (Regulatory filing like AMS, ISF) is good to have but not required
Tanggungjawab
- Data Processing work related to the logistic field.
- Process involves receiving document set in email.
- Organizing the documents by type in HR tool
- Manually search shipment in Navisphere ( HR’s TMS - Transportation Management System)
- Validate document type matches actual document.
- Name document as per type (eg. Master bill of lading, House bill of lading, Bill of Materials etc.)
- Ensure customers enquires are responded and resolved with the SLA given.
