Kelayakan
- Preferably fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (as this position will need to communicate with Mandarin speaking customer)
- Education: Diploma Or Degree.
- Work Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in related field is required for this position. Preferably specialized in F&B Marketing or equivalent. Candidates without experience can be considered for Assistant/Executive position.
- Strong operational management, communication, and coordination abilities, with a strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of operational improvement and expertise in process optimization.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated.
- Possess own transport is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Restaurant Operations: Fully responsible for the daily store management, including the production and supervision of beverages and food, hygiene management and environmental beautification, ensuring the completion of various tasks and targets assigned by the company with quality and quantity.
- Financial Management: Fully responsible for various financial indicators within the store, ensuring the completion of monthly sales tasks and cost control tasks, understanding the operational and financial status of the store, conducting analysis, controlling expenses and cost consumption, and closely monitoring financial anomalies.
- System Management: Supervising the implementation of various company rules and regulations and the work positions and processes within the store, ensuring strict implementation and setting an example by adhering to them.
- Staff Management: Responsible for subordinate employees' training and rewards and penalties, regular communication with employees, and employee welfare and dormitory management.
- On-site Management: Strictly monitoring on-site production and service, meal delivery speed, coordinating and scheduling, and providing customers with a high-quality dining experience.
- Customer Relations: Responsible for collecting customer dining feedback and suggestions, handling customer complaints properly, and maintaining good customer relations.
- Safety Management: Regularly inspecting the condition of equipment in the store, performing maintenance and safety checks for personal and fire safety within the store, handling various emergencies, and ensuring smooth operation of work within the store.
