Kelayakan
- Posses Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or related field. Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus.
- Min 2-3 years of HR experience, including leadership roles. Strong background in strategic HR planning, policy development, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and knowledge of employment laws.
- Strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities.
Tanggungjawab
- Supervise payroll procedures to ensure accurate data entry and timely salary payments.
- Handle recruitment from start to finish: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and background checks.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, ensuring fairness and resolution.
- Manage performance metrics and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Issue necessary letters like warnings or terminations and conduct related inquiries.
- Manage staff contributions and permits, including registrations and approvals.
- Identify training needs, organize programs, and conduct sessions on various topics.
- Update HR policies to comply with laws and communicate changes to employees.
- Act as a liaison with labor authorities and represent the company in relevant matters.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between management and staff.
- Ensure HR department operates efficiently and fulfills its responsibilities.
- Assist with additional tasks within HR scope as required.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.
