Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in electronics/electronic engineering/bioengineering
- Experience in troubleshooting, evaluating the performance, installing and servicing of diagnostics device.
- Only Malaysian
Tanggungjawab
- Installation, repairing, configuration, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of consumer electronics like TVs, Camera, Laptops, Audio-Visual Equipment and Devices at workshop or project / customers’ sites
- Maintain the highest standard of personal conduct and provide professional service while interacting with clients
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback
- Maintenance of equipment and devices at project / customers’ sites
- Ensuring stock accuracy of equipment and devices at the store
- Ensuring accuracy for work details in our system
- Good communication, responsible, willing to learn and have good cooperation with others.
- Possess technical knowledge to diagnose and repair consumer electronics and home appliances
- Ability to use computer systems to support repair processes
- Responsible and good working attitude
