We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive growth for our training programs.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development
- Have a passion for education and training.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and other key stakeholders.
- Lead the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to promote our training programs effectively.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including trainers and content developers, to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts and program delivery.
