Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience at least 1 year in managing social media platforms for a consumer brand, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for food, snacking culture, and consumer trends is a plus.
- Willing to travel and based in Kapar.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, XHS and TikTok.
- Create short videos that are engaging to generate interest and attention towards the brand.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content creation, publishing, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our social media presence and performance.
- Involve in KOL marketing, liaise with KOLs and partnership with clients.
- Support the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions and achieve marketing objectives.
- Implement community management strategies to foster a positive and engaged community of followers and fans.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
