Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
- Some experience in SaaS sales and support roles
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software products quickly
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with social media, helpdesk, and web conferencing tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
Tanggungjawab
- Generate leads and prospects through outbound calls, emails, social media, and referrals
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our software solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients of various sizes and industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on how to use our software products effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints that clients may have
- Collect feedback from clients and share with the product development team to improve our software features and functionality
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the SaaS industry
- Meet or exceed sales and support targets and KPIs
