Kelayakan
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or any related field
- Preferable 1-2 years working experience in related fields such as telemarketing sales, customer service and/ or inbound sales.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Passionate about sales
- Energetic and ability to approach people
- Good Client relation skills
- Possess some negotiation skills is added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Manages virtually all inbound leads (phone, live chat, social media etc).
- Generate and qualify leads to create new sales opportunities.
- Works closely with end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.
- Sets and executes sales strategy for assigned portion of account.
- Aggressively reviews account activities in pursuit of new business or up-selling opportunities.
- Builds targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data driven sales activities.
- Generate customer’s interest in staff training and development and recommend suitable programs to meet their needs.
- Any other ADHOC items given to you by Head of Department or Management.
