• Supervising and guiding the sales team to ensure Sales Advisors are up to date with the current product/ policies set by Principal / Company.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure branch meet the set target/ objective as well as other related Sales KPIs.
• Building and maintaining good working relationship with customers to increase branch sales prospect.
• Ensure branch are supported by adequate stock in order to continually meeting/ exceeding the sales quotas.
• Oversee the stocking and inventory as well as deliveries to customers to ensure timely supply and invoicing.
• Highlight issues concerning to the sales department to Head, Sales and to propose for recommendation.
• Collaborate with relevant departments in assisting the Head, Sales in to develop effective sales strategies.
• Assist the Head, Sales in the implementation of any new policies/ guideline for the sales department to ensure adherence.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Performing all duties of the Head, Sales in cases of absence or emergency.
