Kelayakan
- Proven experience as a live host, emcee, or in a similar role.
- Malaysians only.
- Both part timer and full timers needed for this position.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin are added advantages.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a live, unscripted environment.
- Comfortable with technology and social media platforms.
- Charismatic and engaging personality that resonates with diverse audiences.
Tanggungjawab
- Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including brands, businesses, and influencers, to promote our TikTok live streaming services and secure new partnerships.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations, either remotely or in-person, showcasing the benefits and potential ROI of leveraging TikTok live streaming for marketing and audience engagement purposes.
- Custom Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, audience demographics, and content requirements, and develop customized TikTok live streaming solutions tailored to their needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, and effectively close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, communication, and follow-up to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the TikTok live streaming space, and utilize this knowledge to inform sales strategies and identify new business prospects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the content creation and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and live streaming events, and provide feedback to improve service offerings.
