Kelayakan
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Outgoing personality, proactive communication, sense of responsibility, strong ownership, and adaptability.
- Strong self-motivation and a deep desire to achieve professional success.
- Excellent comprehension skills to ensure clear communication and interpretation of platform policies to guilds.
- Experience in live streaming platforms, B2B, and sales experience will be preferred, but candidates with no work experience are also welcome.
Tanggungjawab
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and monitor project progression and delivery.
- Continuously collect new guild contacts and leads, assist BD staff in onboarding new guilds.
- Communicate with both new and existing guilds, effectively convey and interpret platform policies and activities.
- Promptly address and respond to guild issues and demands.
- Drive guilds to achieve revenue targets.
