Kelayakan
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Able to handle full set of account
- Able to speak and write Mandarin
- Working Hours(Mon - Fri) : 9.30 am - 6.00 pm
Tanggungjawab
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and transactions to maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and assist in tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
- Audit Support: Coordinate and support external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and analysis as needed.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and other financial assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, or process improvement.
