Kelayakan
- Applicants must possess a minimum of SPM Level qualifications and above.
- Candidates must possess great proficiency in Traditional Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (Read, Speak, Type)
- Candidates must be willing to commit to 5 days per week with 2 rotational off days.
- Candidates must have no issue to work on 24-hour rotational shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour break time)
- Candidates must be able to start working by 13th May 2024 (Training provided with Basic Salary)
- Once shortlisted, candidates must be open to be based in PJ.
Tanggungjawab
- Assisting customers with navigating the platform’s menu, and providing recommendations.
- Helping customers understand and apply promotional offers, discounts, and loyalty rewards to their orders.
- Handling delivery-related issues such as late deliveries, order discrepancies, or food quality concerns, and providing appropriate solutions such as refunds, credits, or replacements.
- Escalating unresolved or complex complaints to appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Soliciting feedback from customers regarding their overall experience, satisfaction with food quality, delivery service and suggestions for improvement.
- Proactively reaching out to dissatisfied customers to address concerns, offer compensation or incentives, and retain their business.
- Resolving conflicts between customers, delivery drivers, and partner restaurants diplomatically and efficiently to maintain positive relationships.
Manfaat
- Monthly Salary: RM 3,300 – RM 4,000 (Basic) + Up to RM 250 KPI + Up to RM 300 Night Shift (One staff meal is included | Lunch/Dinner)
