Kelayakan
- Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience are welcome to apply (Training provided)
- Required language (s) Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Optional)
- Required skills MS Word, MS Excel
- Fundamental Computer skills with the ability to understand and type in English
- Good attitude, responsible, interpersonal communication skills
Tanggungjawab
- Customer Services - Attend to customer's (walk in or by phone) enquiry regarding products and services including pricing, production related issue and introduction of products & customization available
- Front Desk Services - Attend to walk in personnel (customer / supplier delivery etc), answering phone call to company line, assist if customer require assistance in sample room, issuing cash sales for customer purchasing sample
- Sales Administrative Related - Assist customer throughout the sales process including preparation of quotation, sales order, DO, Invoices and etc
- Interdepartmental Communication - Communicate customer requirements to designers, & production related personnel verbally and in written Sales Order & Job Sheets
- Aftersales Services - Inform customer to collect goods from us once goods is ready & attend to any after sales concerns & complains
