Kelayakan
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Computer Literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Excellent communication Skills
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Knowledge on latest Employment Act 1955
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
Tanggungjawab
- Conduct Interview, Induction and Orientation
- Propose and recruit qualified staffs to meet company business requirements
- Liaise closely with Government Authority (EPF/SOSCO/Human Resource Dept/Labour Dept/Statistic Dept), and applying HRDF grants & claims
- Ensure conformity to Labour legislation and communication details as appropriate to Top Management & Staffs
- Implement & enforce policies for employee discipline
- Carry out daily routine HR Job such as update of headcount status & leave records, check validity of OT claims against punch card/King Card
- Coordinate employee performance appraisals, in-house/external training activities
- All matters pertaining to personnel management and any other duties which assigned by the company from time to time
