Kelayakan
- Candidate who is able to speak English fluently are encouraged to apply
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office & Excel
- Applicants from collection/customer service/tele-collector background will be an added advantage.
- Training will be provided
Tanggungjawab
- To perform quality collection calls
- Remind customers on the overdue amount
- Keep track of outstanding debts
- To negotiate, persuade and convince customer to pay. i.e. quick thinker with quick answer (versatile) when customer try to evade payment
- Apart from collection activities you will also be involved in admin responsibilities which are entitle to admin commission
