Kelayakan
- Diploma/Degree holders in any field
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- 2 years or experience in related job role
Tanggungjawab
- Projects planning (execution, monitoring, control and close).
- Define project scope, budget, and timeline
- Communicating with Management Team to develop and execute strategic program and project goals.
- Ensures all stakeholders share the same vision, sets measurable goals for your project, establishes solid communication among team members.
- Ensure the availability of all the resources on time.
- Prepare all resources and provide required reports for all projects.
- Oversees all aspects of company's goods and services purchasing functions.
- Products & services sourcing that are essential for company’s day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for planning and directing materials and supply to reduce cost and improve quality.
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- On going review quality of vendor’s products & services.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of PO, DO and Invoices
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Ad-hoc task given.
