- Qualified practitioner
- Work in legal firm at least 2 years or more, handling for corporate legal maters
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Have no issue to speak in both Mandarin and English
Tanggungjawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other business dealings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
- Handle any other legal matters as assigned by the management.
- Handling in-house development of LegalTech- liaise with IT and know how of the LegalTech content.
