Kelayakan
- Able to speak and write Mandarin for communication with China country.
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork.
- Familiar with SQL accounting system.
Tanggungjawab
- To match delivery order against invoice and file the documents
- To generate sales order once received Purchase Order from customers
- To ensure the price in customer Purchase Order is accurate with SAP system
- Any other task as assigned by superior from time to time
- Assist executive team with documentation, preparing quotation, sourcing for products, deal with supplier
- Follow up on purchase orders with supplier Accurately process customer transactions, main sales database and filling of documentation
- Monitor customer aging
- Poison documentation
- Coordinate shipments, monitor schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Manfaat
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
- Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
