Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications with MIA membership.
- At least 10-15 years of managerial experience, preferably in the plantation sector.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia) and legal frameworks related to fundraising.
- Proficiency in accounting standards, Companies Act 2016, and Income Tax Act.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a penchant for data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage all accounting and financial operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow projections for the group, advising management on borrowing commitments and funding requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of compliance reports, schedules, and documents to financiers and Sukuk Trustees.
- Review agreements, contracts, purchase requests, and purchase orders before submission to Executive Director/Managing Director.
- Oversee audits on contract works including mechanical weeding, drain desilting, bridges, roads, and estate maintenance.
- Prepare various reports, analyses, and presentations as requested by management.
