Kelayakan

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in office administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles and customer service positions is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues or concerns efficiently and find satisfactory resolutions.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience, etc.
  • Bilingual spoken/Written English and Mandarin

Tanggungjawab

Job Description: 

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing customers data file
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by generating quotes, processing sales orders, and following up on leads or inquiries to support revenue generation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and colleagues
  • To support & develop our sales & marketing workforce in Singapore as well as Malaysia.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively

 

Job Responsibility:

  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administrative Coordination: Coordinate with various departments internally to fulfill customer requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Hands-on practice with min. supervision

Manfaat

  • Operating hours 8.30 am – 6.00 pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Good remuneration package such as variable incentives payable to outstanding performer employees aside from Basic Pay RM 3500 – RM 4000
