Kelayakan

  • Candidate possess minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and result oriented with strong initiative and has the ability to work independently
  • proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel, UBS Accounting System
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good Command of  English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate deal with China HQ staffs

Tanggungjawab

  • Inspect incoming & outgoing stocks and ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor daily delivery schedule
  • Prepare documents such as delivery order and invoice.
  • Handle daily office administration and general office works.
  • Data entry, system interaction work, document handling and filling. Ensure tasks and duties are completed in a timely manner.
  • Perform Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Management.
