- Strong understanding of the relevant experience.

- Achieve the sales target assign by company.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products.
- Provide timely support to customers via email, live chat, and phone.
- Maintain and update customer details within online platforms.
- Inform customers of deals and promotions.
- Report customer feedback to internal teams for improving customer experience.
