Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin as this role requires liaising with Mandarin speaking suppliers
- and colleagues to complete daily tasks.
- Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for raising Purchase Requisition
- Data entry and filing paperwork (Managing documents & files)
- Prepares required procurement reports
- Maintain records related to job assigned
- Providing customer service (Handling external & internal communication – staff &
- suppliers)
- Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information and quotation
- Performed multifaceted general office support.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
