Kelayakan
- At least 5 years of working experience in strategising and optimising paid media strategies across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and third-party ad platform.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino or other language is a plus.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing specific to the SEA market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively in the SEA market.
- Willing to travel overseas for business meetings, trainings and exhibitions.
Tanggungjawab
- To be responsible for opening and venturing into a new market in SEA for our clients.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies with a focus on Google and Facebook Ads, to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Optimise campaigns to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), PA (Cost per Acquisition), and conversion rates, while considering the unique characteristics of the leisure, entertainment, and gaming sectors in the SEA market.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage client relationships effectively, serving as the main point of contact and providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account management to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing specific to the leisure, entertainment, and gaming sectors of the SEA market to maintain competitiveness.
- Recruit, train, manage, groom, and motivate subordinates as needed.
