Kelayakan
- Based in Singapore
- Interior designer graduate with at least 1-year experience
- Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee the entire design process, from the conceptual phase up to the presentation and completion of the design.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Create detailed interior design plans, including space planning, colour schemes, furniture selection, lighting and finishes.
- Select and source materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in the selection of fixtures, finishes and furnishings.
