Tanggungjawab

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and vendors
  • Answer phones, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate party
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Prepare meeting rooms for events, including setting up AV equipment
  • Book travel arrangements for staff members
  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Update databases and spreadsheets with new employee information, customer data, etc.
  • Assist with special projects as needed
