Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate branding, community building, and event management.
- Can speak in English and B.Malaysia
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and event management tools.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising, to maximize ROI and drive traffic to our website and other online platforms.
- Source and manage affiliate partnerships to expand our reach and drive customer acquisition through affiliate marketing programs.
- Identify and negotiate co-brand partnership opportunities with complementary brands to create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
